Tom Blefko is the Director of Operations for the North Pointe Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty.  He is originally from Lancaster, PA and is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College with a B.S. in Business Administration.  He entered the real estate business in 1983 as a salesperson and quickly became one of the top selling agents in his company, earning numerous awards for sales production.  In 1991, he became an Associate Broker and entered management where he became the Director of Education and Corporate Services for a large broker.  Since that time, he has excelled as a sales and office manager, trainer, and recruiter.  During the course of his career, he has successfully closed or counseled agents in thousands of real estate transactions.

In addition to his numerous sales and management achievements in real estate, Tom generously donates his time to the profession that he loves and the community where he lives.  He presently serves as a member of the planning commission for Hummelstown Borough, President-Elect on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® and is a Code of Conduct instructor for their new agent orientation program.  In the past, Tom has served as a Director for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, Chairman and Director for the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Industrial, Commercial and Investment Council, Chairman of the Hummelstown Improvement Program, fundraising Chairman for the United Way, a lead organizer for the Transitional Living Centers’ ‘Day of Caring’, and a Fair Housing instructor for new agent orientation with the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS®.

Tom resides in Hummelstown, PA, and in his personal time has run nine marathons, continues to try to master the diabolical game of golf, and reads trade journals/blogs/books to keep up to date with the real estate profession.
